CONSTITUTION:The intensity of the Raman scattered light of the elute 1 generat ed by the exciting light of the spectrofluorophotometer 5 is continuously monitored and the decrease rate of the intensity of the Raman scattered light is measured, by which the eluted material is detected. The eluted material is determined by Cproportional -log(I/I0) when the intensity of the Raman scattered light at the time of the soute concn. 0 is designate as I0 and the intensity of the Raman scattered light at the time of the solute concn. C as I. The measurement is executed by a data processor 7 having a log converter. The simultaneous detection with the fluorescent material or the simultaneous detection of the plural components of different absorption spectra is executed by a signal con verter 6 which can be changed the wavelength of the exciting light of the pho tometer 5 and the wavelength of the fluorescence measurement during the analy sis.
