PURPOSE:To process a picture data keeping a brightness change optimally with high definition by dividing adjacent basic processing blocks so as to be shared in a different channel so as to distribute redundancy equally to each channel. CONSTITUTION:An input picture data 1 is rearranged into a data of a basic processing block unit via a division section 2 and fed to a parallel processing section 4 as a data 3. Then the data 3 is converted into data 5, 7 whose redundancy is uniformly shared so that the adjacent basic processing blocks of the data 3 are shared to a different channel, each data is compressed into 1/N by coding processing sections 6, 8 to be a coding data 9 and inputted to processing sections 10, 12, where the data is decoded and fed to a serial processing section 14 as data 11, 13. Then the inverse processing with respect to the processing section 4 is implemented to form a data 15 of one picture and the arrangement in the unit of basic processing blocks is converted by a picture data arrangement conversion section 16 to obtain an output picture data 17. |
