Vehicle of the snowbike type, consisting of a rear carrying assembly and a front steering assembly comprising two substantially parallel skis, each of the said skis being connected to the said rear carrier assembly by a retention assembly, characterised in that the retention assembly consists of an upper retention device and a lower retention device, and in that the said upper retention device is mounted pivotably on the rear carrier assembly about a shaft, whilst the lower retention device on which the ski is fastened consists of two parallel rods mounted slidably against the action of an elastic system relative to the upper retention device. <IMAGE>
