HANDLE AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To swell with certainty the grip part of a handle and facilitate the manufacture thereof by integrally inserting and covering an elastic strip plane and a cover strip plane and later inserting a bar between the elastic strip plane and the cover strip plane. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing process, a box body sheet 5 a for a grip is rolled in a tubular shape to stich together both ends of the sheet to prepare a box body 5 for grip. Consequently, after reinforcing material 2 is layered on the elastic strip plane 1 and bonding them together, a cover strip plane 3 is layered on this thin strip reinforcing material 2. By stiching together both ends of elastic strip plane material 1 and cover strip plane 3 in the axial direction, a hollow strip material having a central hollow part. Moreover by gradually inserting one end of the hollow strip material while rounding it, into the preformed box body for the grip. Then after swelling the central portion of the hollow material by pressing it from both ends thereof, a bar material 4 is forcibly inserted into the central strip material between a thin reinforcing material 2 and a cover strip plane 3 up to the center. Then by swelling the central part so that it can be easily gripped, a handle A is constituted. Therefore, the manufacturing process is easy and it can be manufactured in large quantity.
