PURPOSE:To improve resolution and enhance the precision of detecting inclination and position of parts, by image-sensing a parts with an image inputting equipment, and obtaining the center position of the parts with respect to a reference point on the image obtained by said equipment, and the inclination of the parts with respect to a reference axis on the image. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of leads 1b protrude from four peripheries of a rectangular parallelopiped type package 1a. When a parts 1 is mounted on a circuit board 3, the parts is sucked and taken out from a feeder or a tray with a sucking head 2 of a conveying equipment, and mounted on a mounting position of the circuit board 3. In the conveying process using the sucking head 2, the parts 1 is image-sensed with an image inputting equipment 4 such as an ITV camera; position and inclination of the parts 1 are obtained on the basis of the picture image of the leads 1b and the like; according to the obtained position and inclination, the position and the inclination of the parts 1 are corrected so as to coincide with the mounting position of the circuit board 3. The processing of the picture image obtained with the image inputting equipment 4 and the position correction of the sucking head 2 are performed with a controlling equipment 5. |
