PURPOSE:To improve the data transmission processing efficiency by adding header information to a head of a data, dividing the data into plural data blocks and transferring each of the divided data blocks respectively according to relevant head write, intermediate write and end write command words. CONSTITUTION:A data division means 200 adds header information H to a head of a data D, divides the resulting data into plural data blocks DB and generates a head write command word WRTS designating the transfer condition of the data block DB including a part data of the data D, an end write command word WRTE designating the transfer condition of the data block DB including a part data of the end of the data D, and an intermediate write command word WRTC designating the transfer condition of the data block DB including only an intermediate part data of the data D according to each data block DB. A transfer control means 300 transfers the data blocks DB based on the head write command word WRTS, the intermediate write command word WRTC and the end write command word WRTE. Thus, the data transfer processing efficiency is improved.
