PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps of manufacturing a resin tablet and to uniformalize the undercoating of the tablet by integrally forming plural units of the tablets wherein the minimum area necessary for the undercoating is defined as a unit in a plate state and providing fragile part at each unit time, thereby isolating desired number of tablets. CONSTITUTION:An undercoating resin powder is press molded to form tablets 10. Grooves 12 are formed in matrix shape on the tablets 10 to reduce the thickness to be bent and isolated along the grooves 12. The thickness of the tablet 10 and the size of the unit tablet 11 surrounded by the grooves 12 are set according to necessary resin quantity for the pellet 13A of the minimum size of the pellets to be coated with resin. A plurality of unit pellets are integrally cut from a large pellet 13B. In this manner, the cut tablets 10B are placed on the pellet, the substrates 14A, 14B secured with pellets 13A, 13B are heated, molten and hardened. Thus, the pellets of different size can be secured in a device to simplify the coating work and to make the undercoating of the tablet uniform. |
