PURPOSE: To perform immunochemical inspection of foremilk or milk without spoiling the reliability by adding a microbiological antiseptic agent, a buffer solution and a stabilizing agent formation specific respectively. CONSTITUTION: On the occasion of stabilizing a foremilk or milk sample to be inspected immunochemically, next components are added. Namely, (a) a microbiological antiseptic agent, (b) a buffer solution which keeps the sample to be inspected at a pH of 5-8, and (c) one kind or more of nonionic surface active agents are added. And the components (a), (b) and (c) are added by adding a stabilizing formation selected so as not to interfere the immunochemical inspection to be performed by a quantity effective for stabilization. When this stabilizing formation is added, the antibody potency i.e., antibody concentration in the foremilk or milk sample does not change, even if it is stored for a long time under an increased temperature. Accordingly, a reliable immunochemical inspection result is obtained. |
