CASING ELECTRICALLY SEMICONDUCTIVE URETHANE COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a casting electrically semiconductive urethane composition, improved in adhesion to FRP-based vulcanized insulating rubber and compression set at high temperatures by blending a casting electrically semiconductive urethane composition with a specific amount of an isocyanurate ring compound. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending 1-10wt.% isocyanurate ring compound expressed by the formula in a casting electrically semiconductive urethane composition containing electrically conductive carbon black added to an active hydrogen-containing compound and a polyisocyanate compound. The aforementioned composition can be used to provide cable molded products, improved in corona generation voltage with reduced compression set and well- balanced elongation and useful as cable joint parts.
