<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminate structure applicable not only to a sanitary napkin but also to the fields of wide range such as agriculture, construction and civil engineering by laminating layers of material for covering on a base layer composed of polyolefin non-woven cloth through a polymer water absorbing agent layer. CONSTITUTION:A laminate structure consists of at least three layers, a base layer composed of polyolefin non-woven cloth, a polymer water absorbing agent layer and a layer of material for covering. For manufacturing, for instance, a polymer water absorbing agent layer of given basis weight is formed by spraying a powdery polymer water absorbing agent uniformly all over the surface of a non-woven cloth on the upper face of a polyolefin non-woven cloth forming the base layer. Further, materials for covering are overlapped on the upper surface of the polymer water absorbing layer, and the layers are heated and pressurized by a heated roll to heat fix by pressure the three layers to complete the manufacturing. The polyolefin non-woven cloth constituting the base layer is a non-woven cloth composed of polyolefin fibers such as, for instance, the non-woven cloth manufactured by the span bonding process.</p> |
