PRODUCTION OF TRANSFER PAPER FOR ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY

摘要

PURPOSE:To decrease the amt. of the paper powder to be generated and the generation of curling by compounding waste paper pulp of specific bleaching conditions to produce transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:The waste paper pulp subjected to a heating and holding treatment in the presence of an alkali of >=10g/l concn. (in terms of caustic soda) in the process for production of the transfer paper compounded with the waste paper pulp. Since the swelling by the alkali of the pulp fibers arises again according to this method, the paper powder and curling of the resulted transfer paper are decreased and the traveling property and workability in a copying machine improve.
