PURPOSE: To apply a means other than a spring element as the means for preventing the rotation of a sleeve supported floatingly in a bearing casing and preventing an axial direction displacement. CONSTITUTION: A spring steel plate made safety ring 30 is arranged to prevent the rotation while contacting to the one side end of the floatingly supported bearing sleeve 26 without axial direction displacement in the hole 18 of a bearing casing 6. In this ring 30, a V-shape waveform portion is formed projectingly in axial direction and the bottom of a U-shape overhang portion 48 is provided projectingly in a radius direction. The V-shape waveform portion is engaged with the V-shape recessed notch part of the end of the corresponding sleeve 26 thereto and achieves the avoidance of a big surface pressure and the direct avoidance between the sleeve 26 and bearing hole 18 by constituting a comparatively big contact surface and a pressure film buffering function is held between the bearing hole 18 and sleeve 26. The overhang portion 48 of the safety ring 30 is engaged with the notch 46 in response to the bearing casing 6 side and prevents the rotation of the sleeve 26.
