PURPOSE:To achieve a synchronizing circuit which can obtain suficient synchronism stability and excellent restoration. CONSTITUTION:At the synchronism state, as the bit pattern at a synchronizing signal, when the bits which do not come for the 2nd specified consecutive number, in the state other than the 1st specified number of bits, take place for the 1st specified number of times, the out of synchronism signal is outputted, and in the drawing process from asynchronizing state to synchronizing state, when the bits with the said state which do not come for the 2nd specified number of times, take place for the 2nd specified number of times less than the 1st specified number of times, the out of synchronism signal can be outputted. |
