PURPOSE:To prevent an erroneous detection at the time of stopping and starting a motor by detecting a malfunction at the time of transmitting a 2-phase pulse signal by storing the presence or absence of detection of the edge of the pulse signal, and detecting the malfunction of a rotary encoder.
