The invention relates to a feeding installation for low-pressure irrigation systems. According to this invention, the installation consists of a parallelepipedic tank (1), closed at its upper part with a protection casing (3) and provided with some cross walls (5) as well as with a discharge pipe (2) and a perforated cylinder (6), outside of which is mounted a detachable filter (7); inside the perforated cylinder (6) is mounted a mobile floater (8) connected to a supply faucet (9) through a vertical rod (10) and a mobile lever (11); the water circulation through the supply faucet (9) from a supply pipe (12) to the parallelepipedic tank (1) is done through a device with basculating cups (13) attached to an oscillating axle (14); the oscillating axle (14) movement generates the pendular movement of some radial rods (15) which operate the mobile operating blade (16) of a mechanical counter (17). The invention offers the advantage of simple design and increased operation safety.<IMAGE>
