PURPOSE:To speed up access time by constituting an output circuit by using two kinds of driver transistors(TR), and turning ON two kinds of the driver TRs until output becomes below some definite level, and turning OFF the driver TR of one side after the output becomes below the level. CONSTITUTION:Q2, Q3 are the driver TRs, and particularly, Q3 is the TR to be turned OFF when the output N1 becomes below some definite level. When an input signal phi rises up, the TR Q4 is turned ON, and the level of the output N1 is transmitted to the gate N2 of the driver TR Q3, and the driver TR Q3 is turned ON. Besides, simultaneously with this, the driver TR Q2 is turned ON as well. When the level of the output N1 becomes below the threshold voltage of the driver TR Q3, the driver TR Q3 is turned OFF. Since when the output N1 becomes below an 'L' decided level, the driver TR Q3 is turned OFF, and output ringing is suppressed, access is speeded up. |
