APPARATUS FOR MOVING A BATTERY CELL of the Invention: An apparatus for moving an industrial wet battery cell is disclosed. The apparatus includes a clamping device for gripping the terminals of the cell and a fluid transfer device for reducing pressure within the battery cell by removing electrolyte from the cell. A process for transferring a battery into a container is also disclosed. |
