PURPOSE:To prevent generation of such a defective state that a label is expanded partly or peeled off partly, by a method wherein a smooth surface for label sticking is formed by a smooth surface forming part provided in a mold cavity and a large number of lines of fine linear marks are formed into the smooth surface for label sticking. CONSTITUTION:A parison 5 is expanded by pressing a pressurized fluid into the parison 5, a hollow double wall case member 6 of a hollow molding is molded by cavities 2, 2 of molds 1, 1 and a label sticking smooth surface 7 is formed on the outside in a recessed state by projecting a little on the outside by a smooth surface forming part 3. A label sticking pretreatment process forming a large number of lines of fine linear marks 8 is performed in a label sticking smooth surface 7 in the hollow double wall case member molded by a blow molding process. A large number of lines of recessed grooves in a state of an acute angle are formed by friction by making use of sand paper or a metallic brush in this pretreatment process. With this construction, generation of such a defective state that a label is expanded partly or peeled off partly as time goes by can be prevented. |
