<p>PURPOSE:To perform a work instruction adapted to the reality and to grasp the load state of equipment, by calculating the days necessary for manufacture based on the work time, transportation time, stand by time as the references and production quantity, and determining scheduling complying with the reality based on the calculation result. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing process is composed of three stages of work 1, 2, 3. The actual working time of each work is then calculated based on a reference actual working time and work arrangement quantity. On the other hand, a work scheduling is planned by taking into consideration an arrangement/ removal time, carrying/stand-by time for the working time thereof. At this scheduling time the equipment performing each work is decided as well. The planning of a work scheduling capable of complying with the fluctuation of the work arrangement quantity in a multikind small quantity production is made possible by changing the scheduling as well according to the change of the work arrangement quantity. Consequently, not only the work instruction complying with a site can be performed for the site but also the load state on the equipment thereof can correctly be grasped.</p> |
