PURPOSE:To manufacture economically and efficiently a rubber molding where a fine pattern is reproduced on the surface highly accurately, by a method wherein the title original mold is formed of a rubber material for the original mold whose compatibility with a rubber material to be molded is small. CONSTITUTION:The title original mold is formed of a rubber material 1 for the original mold whose compatibility with a rubber material 6 to be molded is small, and the original mold 5 made of rubber like this is manufactured by a method wherein the rubber material 1 for an uncrosslinked original mold whose compatibility with the rubber material to be molded is small is brought into contact with a pattern 2 and heating and compression are performed. Various rubbery material such as natural rubber or SBR or silicone rubber can be exemplified as the rubber material 1 for the original mold or the rubber material 6 to be molded which is applicable hereupon. Those rubbery materials possess specific solubility parameters(SP value) respectively. Therefore, such properties where when rubbery materials whose SP values are separated from each other are selected positively, they are not stuck to each other are used for the heating and compression of the rubber material 6 to be molded. With this construction, an original mold 8 made of rubber, to which a fine uneven pattern like texture is transferred precisely can be made easily and swiftly. |
