PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply stably for a long time electronic parts stored in a stick or arranged in matrix form on a tray by installing a plurality of parts supply units on a stationary parts supplier arranged parallel to a parts supplier and installing a transfer means, to transfer parts from the parts supply units to a positioning jig on a moving table, so as to move parallel to the moving table. CONSTITUTION:A transfer unit 10, which can be moved on a stationary parts supplier 9 and parallel to a parts supplier 1, supplies a plurality of electronic parts 7 from an arbitrary supply unit to the parts supplier 1. The parts supplier 1 fastens and retains parts supply units 2 and supplies the specified parts. Suction nozzles 4 which suck the electronic parts 7 from the parts supplier 1 are moved to the mounting position by the intermittent rotation of a head 3.
