PURPOSE:To realize the assignment of a radio channel with less frequency of interference occurrence from the start of the operation by storing the past operating results or the information led therefrom use for deciding a radio channel utilized for the communication with a mobile station into a storage means of a radio base station so as to utilize the past learning effect. CONSTITUTION:When a call signal of a mobile station reaches a microprocessor 1 through a radio equipment 10 and a radio control signal transmission and reception circuit 8, a numeral representing the priority for each communication radio channel stored in an EEPROM 4 is read, a talking radio channel with the highest priority is selected and sent to the mobile station via a switch 9 and the radio equipment 10 from the radio control signal transmission and reception circuit 8. A numeral representing the operation priority of a selected communication radio channel is increased when the reply from the mobile station is received without interference and the numeral is decreased when no reply comes from the mobile station with interference and the resulting numeral is written in the EEPROM 4. Thus, the frequency of interference occurrence is suppressed low when the operating power supply is applied by storing the studied information.
