PURPOSE:To reduce parts in number, and thereby simplify assembly works as well as to make a space required small by connecting a piston to a cylinder with a connecting section between them in such a way that no relative rotation is allowed, and thereby concurrently providing each disc spring which energizes each space between the piston and the cylinder to the direction of extension. CONSTITUTION:Pressing members 89 and 91 are interposed between each actuator 85 and 87 and each multi-plate clutch 49 and 51 in such a way as to be movably penetrated between a differential case 23 and each axle 11 and 13 so that the respective axles 11 and 13 are connected to each other while being splined. The left end of a left member 89 comes in contact with a piston 61 via a bearing 93 by the energizing force of a disc spring 77, and the right end of the member comes in contact with a pressure plate 94 which is connected to the axle 11 while being splined. In addition, the right end of a right member 91 comes in contact with a piston 63 via a bearing 95 by the energizing force of a disc spring 79, and the left end of the member comes in contact with a pressure plate 96 which is connected to the axle 13 while being splined. This thereby causes each actuator 85 and 87 to engage each multi-plate clutch 49 and 51 when hydraulic pressure is supplied to the pressure chambers 65 and 67.
