The information panel (3) can be moved between a raised working position and a lowered storage position. The panel (3) is secured to the front of a roof-mounted acoustic and/or optical warning device (2) for an emergency services vehicle and is moved from its raised working position against an adjustable spring force or friction force, to lie parallel to the surface of the roof (1). Pref. the spring force or friction force allows the panel (3) to be displaced automatically from its working position into its lowered position when a given vehicle velocity is reached. USE - For police vehicle, ambulance, or fire engine.
