<p>PURPOSE:To perform wind power generation with natural energy by performing a heat exchange with solar energy or the like to introduce heated or humidified low density air from the bottom part of a vessel, extended to upper space, and generating a pressure of air in an upper part of the vessel higher than atomospheric pressure in equal altitude to release the air to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An air introducing port 3 and an air discharge port 5 are provided respectively in lower and upper parts of a vessel 1, and air 2, whose density is decreased lower than the atmosphere in the periphery by heating or humidifying air on the ground through a heat exchange means 6 for using solar energy, warm seawater, waste heat, etc. to serve as a heat source, is introduced from the air introducing port 3. The inside of the vessel is filled with the air 2 having buoyancy, and its pressure is increased higher than the atmosphere in equal height. This air is released to perform wind power generation by a wind force energy converting means 7. The air 2 is only required to be placed in a condition that its temperature is higher than the atmosphere by several tens of degrees. In this way, power is generated by utilizing waste heat and natural energy.</p> |
