The roller trestle is for supporting large dia. cylindrical workpieces. It has a rectangular box-section beam (1), arranged with the longer section side vertical. Lateral supports (2) for the trestle are fixed to the beam. Two roller sets (3), each with at least two rollers (5) connected via an axle (4), sit rider-like on the beam, so that the beam extends into the space between the rollers and below their axle.
