Process control e.g. for machines - using separate serial control programs for processes involving individual objects for increased productivity

The process control involves feeding in data related to the controlled object and controlling the object according to the data. The total course of the object control is defined using a flow diagram language program (1). Control of the operations of the individual objects is defined using serial programs (31, 41, 51) with contact points built in to allow control according to the results of the flow diagram language program during automatic operation. Manual intervention can be performed via switches during manual operation. USE/ADVANTAGE - The control of processes involving all objects and processes involving individual ones are divided into separate programs, thus increasing productivity, user-friendliness, maintainability and reliability.
