[Class 20 (iii).] A channel frame or guide of the kind described in Specification 367,623, for the glass of motor vehicles comprises a U-shaped member of non-chattering material such as heavy treated paper having finishing strips 3 of stainless steel clamped on its edges and glassengaging pads 11 of rubber and felt-covered steel strips extending inwardly from the sides of the channel. The pads and bottom packing 6, 7 may be secured to the channel by U-shaped clamps 14, 13, respectively.</p> |
