<p>A novel compound of general formula (I), which enhances the action of a β-adrenergic drug, wherein X represents OH or OSO3H; one of Y and Z represents OSO3H while the other represents hydrogen; R1 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; provided that, when Y represents hydrogen, one of R2 and R3 represents hydrogen while the other represents lower alkyl or (II), wherein R5 and R6 represent each lower alkyl, and that, when Z represents hydrogen, both of R2 and R3 represent hydrogen or lower alkyl, or one of them represents hydrogen while the other represents lower alkyl or (III), wherein R5 and R6 represent each lower alkyl.</p> |
