PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the absorption and decomposition of ozone without decreasing air capacity by providing the casing of an air discharging means with a cut part and positioning an obstacle member in the image forming device at the cut part. CONSTITUTION:The cut part 25 is formed in the reverse surface and flank of the casing 140 of a cross-flow fan 14 and while the cross-flow fan 14 is incorporated in an image forming device main body, the obstacle member such as a torsion bar 20 intrudes the cross-flow fan 14 through the cut part 25. The suction area of an ozone filter 16 can, therefore, be increased by widening the suction area of the air discharging means to an area including the obstacle member such as the torsion bar 20. Consequently, the efficiency of ozone removal can be increased without decreasing the air capacity. |
