<p>These (co)polymers in solution in a saturated apliphatic hydrocarbon containing at least 6 carbon atoms comprise, for 100 parts by weight of alkyl (meth)acrylate, approximately 10-100 parts by weight of at least one higher primary alkyl (meth)acrylate containing at least 8 carbon atoms and 0-99 parts by weight of at least one comonomer chosen from the lower primary alkyl (meth)acrylates containing 1 to 6 carbon atoms and the dialkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylates the alkyl groupings of which contain approximately 1 to 6 carbon atoms. The coating compositions can be used, depending on their Tg, as binder-dispersants for pigmented pastes in the paint and solvent ink industry; tacking polymers for pressure-sensitive adhesives in household adhesive articles, self-adhesive polyester foams, adhesive tapes; tacking polymers for formulating solvent glues for textile or plasticized PVC floor coverings, tacking polymers for contact adhesives of the double face application type for the building industry.</p> |
