The appts. includes a collimator plate (2) placed between an X-ray source (1) and an objective (5) whose X-ray image is to be detected. The collimator plate is provided with 2-D arranged X-ray collimating through holes (2a). The appts. also includes an X-ray image receiver (6) devised so that an image signal representing an X-ray image projected thereon may be output in the form of electric picture-element signals. A device (11) is provided for displacing the collimator plate 2-dimensionally in parallel with the receiver. A memory (9) is provided for storing the max. valve of each of the electric picture-element signals.
