PURPOSE:To easily recognize a period when a data is ascertained by placing a dummy cell at a position remote from a memory cell when viewing from a decoder side and using an output of the dummy cell so as to control a switch. CONSTITUTION:A dummy cell 7 is provided to each word line 3 and switches 8a, 8b...8n turned on when an output of the dummy cell 7 goes to H are connected to data outputs of memory cells 2a, 2b...2n. In this case, the dummy cell 7 is placed at a location remotest when viewing from the decoder 1. Thus, when data are read continuously, since ascertain and loss of the data are discriminated by an external system, the readout interval is adjusted and the speed is improved. |
