PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance, structural spalling resistant and thermal spalling resistance, comprising a magnesia refractory material, a chromium refractory material and carbonate powder. CONSTITUTION:(A) Magnesia having >=99% MaO content or a magnesia refractory material comprising magnesia as a main composition component is blended with (B) a chromium refractory material comprising chromium as a main composition component, (C) 1-10wt.% outer percentage based on 100wt.% total of the component A and the component B of carbonate powder (e.g. calcite) having 0.1-2.0mm particle diameter and optionally (D) 1-20wt.% outer percentage Cr2O3 powder and/or Al2O3 powder and molded. |
