PURPOSE:To obtain polished rice little in lipoid content by irradiating polished rice with high-frequency electromagnetic wave and also grinding it and producing ground polished rice. CONSTITUTION:Unpolished rice is polished at the rate of rice milling of 20% by a rice milling machine MA. Then this polished rice is irradiated with high-frequency electromagnetic wave having prescribed output by an electromagnetic wave irradiation device MB. The inside of polished rice is heated by irradiation of electromagnetic wave and many fine pores are formed. Sterilization treatment is performed by heating the inside of polished rice and also grinding time is shortened by formation of many fine pores. Then the polished rice irradiated with electromagnetic wave is introduced into a grinder MC. The obtained ground polished rice is subjected to liquefaction charge and liquefied and thereafter mixed with malted rice and yeast and charged into a fermenter. Thereby a brewed article is obtained which is free from lipoid and rice-bran odor and preferable. |
