PURPOSE:To enable a circuit to be freely arranged in a second region by a method wherein a required part of a decoder circuit out of boundary regions located between decoder circuits in a decoder circuit block corresponding to a memory cell array is made to move by an optional distance. CONSTITUTION:A part of a required decoder circuit 12 is made to move, whereby a boundary region can be made large in width, and a wiring 4 can be arranged. Then, an optional decoder circuit out of the decoder circuits 12 located in a decoder circuit block 9 is made to move to form boundary regions where the wiring 4 can be arranged. That is, the wiring 4 equal to address signal line in number are arranged at optional position inside the decoder circuit block 9. Therefore, a redundancy circuit 5 located in a second region B can be arranged at an optional point. In result, as a redundancy circuit and the like and an electrode pad can be determined in arrangement position independent of each other, they can be improved in degree of freedom of arrangement position. |
