PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of transmission data and the number of times for operating keys and to keep secret at every user by incorporating a previously determined routine sentence code/code train conversion table in a pager terminal equipment and converting a transmitted message code to a prescribed message based on this routine sentence code/character string conversion table. CONSTITUTION:At first, the message code and the corresponding message to be determined between a caller and callee are set to a routine sentence code/ character string conversion table 9 of a pager terminal equipment PT. The caller notifies a desired call number and the message code from a general subscriber telephone through a public line to a pager base station P and the pager base station P transmits the data by radio. The pager terminal equipment PT receiving the transmitted data by a receiving means 5 detects it by a detecting means 6 at first whether the transmitted data includes the call number of the pager terminal equipment PT or not, and when the call number is included, the prescribed message is extracted and displayed on a display means 10 by referring to the routine sentence code/character string conversion table 9 based on the code extracting the message code in the transmitted data by an extracting means 8. |
