<p>Gymnastic apparatus comprising two surfaces (1, 2) of which at least one is curved, at least one plate (10, 11) and at least one anti-slide means (3, 4). The plate (10, 11) is supported by one of the surfaces (1, 2), and the anti-slide means (3, 4) provides a slide-free pivoting of one surface (1, 2) on the other, it being possible for the device to be turned over in order to perform the same function.
