PURPOSE:To accelerate the variable power (enlargement) processing of a binary picture by simultaneously varying the power of binary picture data, which is inputted by a second input means, based on variable power information inputted by a first input means, and outputting the binary picture data, which power is varied, for a prescribed unit by an output means. CONSTITUTION:First M bit data is read from an input buffer onto a RAM 3 and an enlargement table 7 is referred. The number of repeating times for a loop is set and the first 8 bits of the output date are written into an output buffer. The write address of the output buffer is advanced only by one and a loop counter (i) is subtracted by one. Until deciding the end of one line, the processing is repeated. When the end of one line is confirmed, the output data for one line written into the output buffer is outputted through an output part and the enlargement processing for one line in an X direction is finished. |
