PURPOSE:To improve a piezoelectric material in releasability after burning by a method wherein a thin plate of magnesium oxide or zirconium oxide is laminated on the front and the rear side of a piezoelectric sheet, the laminated pieces are successively laminated together to form a laminated body, and the laminated body is burned. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric sheet 1 obtained through a press molding method and a thin plate 2 are successively laminated to form a laminated body 3, the laminated body 3 is placed in a vessel 4, the vessel 4 is covered with a lid 6 and placed in a burning oven. Before a burning treatment, the laminated body 3 is subjected to a degreasing treatment executed at a temperature of 500 deg.C in a dry atmosphere for 5 hours to remove a dispersing agent, a binding agent, a plasticizer, and a solvent. In succession, a burning treatment takes place at a temperature of 1300 deg.C in a dry atmosphere for 2-3 hours. The burned piezoelectric material is free of warpage, and furthermore, as a thin plate is non-reactive, it can be reused in a burning treatment, which is much conductive to the reduction of the piezoelectric material in cost. |
