PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of distributing work by deciding the distributing destination of an electronic mail by a distributing destination decision table when the electronic mail is distributed to a mail box for section, and distributing the electronic mail to a personal mail box. CONSTITUTION:A distributor 6 periodically searches the contents of a mail box 3 for section and when an electronic mail 1 exists in the mail box 3 for section, the distributing destination of the electronic mail 1 is decided by referring a distributing destination decision table 5. Then, the electronic mail is distributed to one of personal mail boxes a1-an. The distributing destination is decided according to the distributing destination decision table 5. Namely, based on a keyword extraction starting position and a keyword length registered to the distributing destination decision table 5, a character string to be a keyword is extracted from the said electronic mail 1. Next, based on a keyword character type, the code conversion of the character string is executed and the keyword registered to the distributing destination decision table 5 in advance is compared with the keyword of the code-converted character string. |
