PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food having unique fragrant taste and high nutritive value by mixing a noodle material such as wheat flour with a bulb of a lily processed into powder, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective food obtained by mixing preferably 50-90wt.% noodle material such as wheat flour, buckwheat flour or starch with preferably 10-50wt.% bulb of a lily processed into a powdery or granular form. |
