The solution concerns the device adjusting of tools with two-phase machines for production of bolts, rivets and similar objects and it consists of a planetary transmission, which is formed by a fixed toothed gear (1), hinged toothed gear (2) and carried output pinion (3) with a crank shaft, while the crankshaft of the pinion (3) with eccentricity (E) is connected with the connecting rod (5) and it engages the fixed toothed gear (4), which is mounted on the cranked axis (6), on which the hinged toothed gear (2) is hinged.<IMAGE>
