PURPOSE:To reinforce a predetermined part of a resin-molded product without causing the drawdown of a parison and the waste of a resin material by electrostatically attracting reinforcing materials to a predetermined position on the outer circumferential surface of the parison without giving any change to the parison itself. CONSTITUTION:A parison 10 is formed. Then, after interposing this parison 10 between an anode plate 104 and cathode plate 108, a high voltage is applied to a space between both the electrode plates 104, 108. By this method, glass fibers (reinforcing materials) 12 on the cathode plate 108 are charged negatively and attracted to the anode plate 104 along an electrostatic field by electrostatic attraction. The glass fibers 12 thus attracted are attached to the outer circumferential surface of the parison 10 interposed on the way of the movement of the glass fibers 12. Thereafter, the anode plate 104 and the cathode plate 108 are removed, and molds 110, 112 are clamped to each other, thereupon air is blown from a blow pin into the parison 10 to blow-mold the parison into a predetermined shape. |
