The solution falls within the branch of electrotechnics and solves the problem of precise digital measuring of active output. The solution consists of an analogue wattmeter (8), an analogue-to-digital converter (9), a control unit (10) with a display (11), and of calibration circuits. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the calibration circuits are formed by switches (1, 4), summers (2, 5), by digital-to-analogue converters (3, 6), connected to the inputs (A, B) of the wattmeter (8) and by a common source (7) of zero reference and nominal reference voltage. The solution reduces the measurement error mainly in low values of one or both the input signals.<IMAGE>
