INSTALLATION FOR TERMO- CHEMISTRICAL GAS PROCESSING OF DETAILS

The installation is intended for processing of elements' packages for sheet-like magnetic lines of power engines, transformators, throttle, etc. The installation attains high level of reliability at simplified automation and reduced risk of combustion. The installation consists of a defatting oven (1), which represents a tunnel-passage oven and chamber muffle oven (1). Each muffle oven contains at least two stands (8) and a mobile lid (9), which moves along a railway (10) from one to the other stand (8). The stands are supplied with sand blocks (13), within which is inserted a muffle (14). The defatting oven (1) and the muffle ovens are serviced via a bridge crane (21).
