<p>PURPOSE:To prevent heat generated when current is conducted from being transmitted to an SF6 gas and a shock gas pressure relay from malfunctioning by enclosing the outside of an electromagnetic shielding body of a compensated reactor with a thermal insulating body. CONSTITUTION:Thermal insulating bodies 21 and 22 such as a press board surround electromagnetic shielding bodies 10 and 11 from the outside. A cone- shaped thermal insulating body of the same material is engaged to an opening 12 from the inside of the electromagnetic shielding body 10 and a connector conductor 5 is penetrated at the tip. A conductor 7 is pulled out of the opening of the thermal insulating body 21. Since it is low voltage, no cone-shaped thermal insulating material is needed and the opening of the electromagnetic insulating material is expanded by using a pipe-shaped one. This configuration fully prevents heat generated by the compensated reactor to SF6 gas within a tank 8 due to the thermal insulating bodies 21 and 22, thus preventing malfunction of a relay for protecting equipment. Since the electromagnetic shielding body is at a ground potential, a thermal insulating body at the outside does not affect insulating property of the reactor.</p> |
