摘要 PURPOSE:To carry out accelerating turn even in case of an FF vehicle by steering-controlling rear wheels to the phase other than the same phase according to the accelerator opening speed when the accelerator opening degree is increased in the turn of the vehicle where rear wheels are steered to the same phase to front wheels. CONSTITUTION:A rear wheel steering mechanism 12 into which the power of an electric motor 38 is inputted through a driving power transmission mechanism 40 steers rear wheels 14 through a tie rod 34, etc. by the output. The electric motor 38 is controlled by a controlled 46 into which the output signals of the steering angle sensors 48 and 50 for front and rear wheels, car speed sensor 54, and an acceleration sensor 56 are input. In this control, if the rear wheel 14 is steered in the same phase to the front wheel 10 so that the accelerator opening degree is increased, the accelerator opening speed is calculated, and the rear wheel is steered to the phase other than the same phase, i.e., to the reverse phase or the steering for reducing the steering angle to zero, according to the accelerator opening degree. Further, when the acceleration opening speed becomes zero, the rear wheel 14 is steering-controlled to the same phase.
