The device is applied in production of electrets and it enhances the stability of their charge at enhanced humidity. It consists of a flat grounded electrode (1), a coronary electrode (2), connected to a source of permanent high voltage (10), and located between the two electrodes metal mask (3), a perforated with a set number and geometry apertures (5) and a connected via the mobile contact of a single bi-positional switch (6). The first position of the switch (6) is connected to a source of constant voltage (8), whose second pole is grounded, while the second position of the bi-position switch (6) is directly put to the ground.
