The transfer device used between 2 conveyors, has a base (10) supporting a number of coaxial discs (11), each with a central stator (18) and an annular relatively rotatable rotor (19). The latter supports at least one radial arm (12) with a gripper (13) at its free end for seizing the biscuits, the rotation of the rotor (19) being controlled via a servomotor.
